• Scar Desensitization- following surgery scars have a tendency to be tender to touch or have loss of sensation. Our treatment concentrates on reducing the patient's discomfort.
• Tissue Desensitization- in Disuse injuries or conditions, in which the patient stops using a body part due to increased sensitivity to touch which is perceived as pain. An example of Disuse condition is Complex Regional Dystrophy-CRD (Reflex Sympathic Disease-RDS). Our Treatments concentrates on improving the patients function with the painful joint/body part. With improved function, pain lessens.
