Day Three:
- Detailed over twenty pages very specific and objective report that includes:
- Return to work status
- Client/injured worker's level of functionality
- Ability to perform job specific tasks
- Reliability and validity researched and published
- Recommendation that include continues rehab, job modifications, etc
- Worker/client's agreement with test result
