Chiropractic
Chiropractors usually see patients who experience a variety of neuromuscular skeletal conditions that usually include headaches, spinal pain, neck pain, back pain or extremity pain (shoulders, arms, elbows, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and foot pain).
By taking a careful history, past history and performing a thorough examination we make sure that your pain is related to the above conditions. There are times that pain may come from other conditions that involve your organs (heart, lung, pancreas, etc.). For example, a male patient could come in with lower back pain due to prostate cancer. It is our job to identify the cause of your pain and make appropriate referrals if your pain is not related to a neuromusculoskeletal condition.
Based on your findings we could recommend several forms of treatment not limited but including:
- Manipulation (Diversified, Cox, Pelvic Blocking and Drop Table Technique)
- Neuromuscular Re-education technique (PNS, PIR, CR)
- Myofascial Release Technique
- Graston Technique
- Kinesio Taping
- Palliative Therapy
- Active Care
