How long are the appointments?
The initial appointment is approximately 45 minutes including filing out the necessary paperwork. Any follow-up appointments are approximately 30 minutes each but may vary depending on the type of treatment required. Speak with the therapist about this after the first session.

What should I bring to my initial appointment?
Please bring your health insurance card, name and contact information
of your attorney and referring physician (if you have one). If your injury is the result of a motor vehicle accident you will need to bring the claim number, date of injury, and the name and contact information of your car insurance (or the car insurance of the responsible party).
Where do I get this claim number?
You must call and report the car accident to your car insurance carrier (even if you were not at fault). Your carrier will take your statement and then gave you a claim number. Please bring the claim number to your initial visit so we can verify your coverage.
Will my insurance company cover Physical Therapy?
Most insurances pay for Physical Therapy, however the amounts paid and number of visits allowed is highly variable and depend on the policies of your particular carrier. Please check your policy or call your carrier if you have questions.
Will my insurance carrier cover Therapy at your clinic?
We participate in most major insurances, including Medicare, Aetna US Healthcare (PPO), Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Personal Choice, Workers' Compensation, Motor Vehicle Insurance and numerous other PPOs. We require that the patient pay at the time of their visit for services not covered by insurance.

Oxford Rehabilitation Center offers a variety of services to treat and address numerous injuries and conditions.
- We treat post surgical conditions for the spine, neck, shoulder, back, arms, legs, hands and feet.
- Many of our patients suffer injuries following a sporting activity, especially those that are actively playing sports on the weekends.
- Our mature adult population that suffers from debilitating arthritic conditions find that our therapy permits them to return to a normal lifestyle.
- Trauma injuries in which our patients suffer from a automobile accident, truck accident, work related injury, amputees, falls, etc.
